DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We do not hold any stock as all our pieces are handmade. Orders completed by you will be added to our production line and will take 7/10 working days to make. We will then deliver via the following methods.

UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail. All customers are sent a tracking number upon dispatch and a signature will be required upon delivery.

UNITED KINGDOM:  2 -3 Business Days.  £4.55 (FREE on orders over £100)

EUROPE: 3-5 Business Days.  £16.55*

INTERNATIONAL: 5-7 Business Days  £22.40*

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your order is undeliverable or an incorrect shipping address has been entered, Golden Hour London is not held responsible and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

 

*Please note outside the EU, any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the fit or style may not be quite right for you. Therefore Golden Hour London offers returns and exchanges on all our fully priced pieces. Please be sure to read our returns policy fully before continuing.

 

Returns

 

If you do wish to return an item for any reason, please get in touch via email contact@goldenhourlondon.com with the title Return and your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. (within 28 days for European & International orders).

 

 

Upon receiving your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for a return to be fully checked and processed and up to 7 days for your refund to be returned to your original payment method.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with the title 'Exchange' plus your order number to contact@goldenhourlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order (28 days for European & International orders).

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style or colour please include the item name you wish to exchange along with the new item name you would like to replace it with. Please note this will take up to 7 days for the new piece to be made before redelivery is processed.

 

If the replacement cost is less than the originally purchased item, the difference will be refunded back to your original payment method. 

 

We are happy to say that all exchanged items will be delivered back to you at no extra cost.

 

 

Terms and Conditions.

 

All pieces wishing to be returned or exchanged must come back to us in their original state. The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags and hygiene stickers still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be refused a refund and returned to the purchaser. Therefore, when trying on your Swimwear please ensure that you are not wearing anything that may leave a scent or mark/stain on the item(s) such as fake tan, make-up, perfume or deodorant.

 

 

Customs Fees

 

Unfortunately, at this stage we can not offer free returns. Please note delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Postage costs for items are not covered by Golden Hour London and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept responsibility for the parcel until it has been received, therefore we suggest obtaining a proof of postage when you post your items back to us.
